I am 23 years old and live in Hässleholm with my family.

I use a wheelchair and need your help to manage my daily life.

The best thing I know is watching football, both live and on TV. Of course, I support Malmö FF.

I am looking for someone who wants to work about 50%. A great extra job if you are studying.

The shifts are usually scheduled for evenings and nights with on-call duties.

Requirements

• You as an assistant must be able to speak Swedish very well.

The role of a personal assistant

As a personal assistant, you represent Hela Sveriges Assistans. In this role, you will complete an online training course on what it is like to work as a personal assistant. You will work together with the client and your colleagues to ensure good quality and follow the company's values and policies.

As a personal assistant, you are responsible for accessing information sent out by the head office and, if necessary, seeking information available on the website. For other questions, you can turn to your supervisor or the head office.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract/digital mailbox from the police's criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.

We train our employees to ensure the quality of personal assistance. All our new hires complete an online introductory training for personal assistants before their first shift, or no later than one month after starting employment.

As a personal assistant at Hela Sveriges Assistans AB, you are covered by the Almega/Care Companies collective agreement, which includes agreed occupational pension, training, and favorable wellness benefits.
